At present, solid-state RF energy technology uses LDMOS transistors, which is mature and cost-effective almost the same as magnetrons, or even lower in certain scenarios considering the long-run cost. In the recent few years, a new material - GaN - is used in mass production of solid-state RF energy devices. Compared to LDMOS, its efficiency is more significantly increased. As continuing to explore the potential of LDMOS, Wattsine is taking a high degree of concern on the progress of research and development of GaN transistors and the actual performance of it. More products based on new materials will be launched in the future.
